Well if its anything like D1, you pick one at a time, and grind shit for rewards, lol. Its not exclusively crucible, but you could do crucible for faction grind too. Its probably going to be token thing like all the other NPCs are is my guess.

Its definitely the quest exotics that push you beyond. For one, primaries are valued more in the power equation, and second they always come +15, whereas the other "powerful engrams" only come with minor gains. And it could be something like your mark, warlock bond or hunter cloak or some shit...

You want to save the exotic engram for mida quest. Also save 5 blue (or purple) scout rifles, put them in vault.

I think thats just a quest leading up to the raid. Telemetry is a rare ass thing you get to drop, looks like a little square thing in your inventory that you hand into gunsmith for extra rep.
