Just started playing over the weekend, about 60 moons in, lots of fun, having a good time with it.
I would have loved a game like this when I had all the free time in the world, harder for me now as an adult.
Really enjoying it, my son likes playing as Cappy, so it's a win.
Finally saw NIN @ The Joint in Vegas.
Mostly played "the hits" with a couple new songs thrown in, not much as far as deep tracks, but for my first NIN show, I could not be happier.
Sorry for potato quality:
Beat this last night after playing casually for the last week or so.
Got hung up a little on the candy chick and the roller coaster in world 2 but otherwise did pretty good.
This is definitely tougher than Contra, but I always thought Ghosts and Goblins was the hard one.
Great game...
Dude no.
Complicated rules and gaming is what got us this mess.
Fuck man, it's the NCAA that's making the most money of all and they're the 'regulating agency'. Look at FIFA.
The top tier players would never go play for some shitty school just because 'fairness'. If you're looking to lose...
If it were up to me, universities would be nondescript buildings with chairs, tables and a whiteboard. All the other bullshit is just that, bullshit. I hate the amount of money that the government has given to leftist universities under the guise of 'everyone deserves a chance to have an...
Take pay for play out of the equation, and let's pretend that everyone is on the up and up regarding the amateur status of student athletes.
Elite schools still have the ability to provide the best (highest paid) coaches, athletic trainers, strength trainers, position trainers, personnel, etc...
Think of the cost without the sport money rolling in.
Schools are competing for students so they are building ridiculous facilities to entice students. And it's basically a war of escalation just to keep up. But seeing as they have a blank check from the government, as long as students are...
Lol competition!
There is competition between the top 10% of schools with the occasional outlier sneaking in.
The small schools aren't even in the mix for the top tier prospects football or basketball.

Also: you can use that other link you posted for the price protection deal offered by some credit cards (Citi, Chase, etc), but I would not order from them. That is a bait and switch operation.
Second Also: some people are buying...
Btw I'm in the same boat. I'm this close to ordering one myself. I really prefer the C7 because of the black bezel but that seems really trivial considering the price.
If the FBI starts dropping the hammer and makes it harder/more punitive to pay these kids under the table, then it may make more sense to go overseas.
I'm not really arguing with anyone, I love college sports and basketball in particular. I'm in the camp that wants college sports to thrive. We...
Watch the draft, there's plenty of overseas exposure. The NBA will find good players. There are players that have and will continue to go overseas to play instead of college.
Drafted 21st this year. Just the easiest example I could think of:

Now you may ask, why...
You may have already seen it, but the link you posted is a refurb, the other deal from Beach Camera or Buy Dig or Slickdeals purports to be new in box.
That sounds like an institution problem.
Ultimately these players are going to take advantage of their market value. If they can stay here and play college ball and get paid, black market or otherwise, they will. If they can't, then they will just go overseas until they meet the NBA age...
Yes, but we're not talking about the legality of it, we're talking about the market value.
The market value for top tier players is more than a "free college education" that a top tier player will never actually finish and/or take advantage of.
Right now there is no parity. Bigger schools have nicer lockers rooms, facilities, strength trainers, nutritionists, higher paid coaches, dorms, etc, etc. Whether a school is paying the top 5% or not does not negate the smaller schools ability to get talent, they aren't competing for the same...
100% agree.
On the one hand I'm sad/terrified because my team is implicated, on the other hand, it's going to be one hell of a ride watching these teams get named and the NCAA scrambling to do damage control.
And you're right, this is par for the course, it's the worst kept secret amongst...
Those do not sound like a baked potato.
Fries, chips, au gratin, hash browned, mashed, cottage, croquette, latka, knish, poutine are all acceptable use of potatoes.
Baked potatoes are for hobos and 1800s Irish immigrants.
So you hate U2 but you love potatoes.
What a conundrum for you.
You ever ask yourself why a potato needs to be loaded to enjoy it? Because it's a fucking dirt seed, that's why.
