The price to frame is ridiculous. It's also pretty difficult/pricy to find a cutter that actually does MTG-style corners. But if you do go through the effort of cutting them correctly, they are actual magic cards at least. If you just want to use them for casual play, square/round cuts work too.

They just clarified the existing Rule 13's language. Sideboards don't exist in EDH, so Wishes don't do anything. Unless your playgroup decides to house-rule sideboards in, then they work as expected. The same as they functioned before.

I like to listen to Limited Resources and Lords of Limited to kind of balance each other out. Marshal and LSV love Divination-based gameplay a bit too much for their own good, while LoL tends to overvalue aggression. Generally overlapping the two helps get a good idea of what's actually good...
