GOATS = 3 tanks + 3 supports(Usually Brig + Lucio + another healer) Tanks are usually Rein/Zarya + another(usually D'Va, but I bet the new RH can be used now). There is Dive GOATS too which is D'Va + Winston + Hamster. The meta is named after the open division team that invented the strategy.
