Heide is pretty good to farm early because of the relatively high soul count per mob. I cleared it all out my first play because I was having a hard time getting to dragonrider as a dual wielding newb in champions covenant. Then again, I also went to Heide first, so that was dumb.

Joe, go back to Majula and take the pathway through the mountain right before the Champion's Tablet, that will lead you to Heide's Tower of Flame where you can pick up the HP ring and farm some good souls, 500+ per mob. There is also a single spawn enemy that will drop an item to +1 your flasks...

Why can you not just take a quick trip to one of the three blacksmiths that can repair? There's also a repair spell and the powders, though I never used either of those.

When I started NG+ I had 75 effigies and 15 soul vessels. Did a bit of farming, but nothing compared to the first two games. Deaths are inconsequential and builds are extremely easy to change.

It's an unfortunate side effect of the poor website design. If you didn't have a big unnecessary navigation on the left side, and your chapter list on the right side, your pages would have much more width available and would be much more readable. Something like this would make me about 100%...

Well they make it seem like you'll have to rely on others to survive, so hopefully the PVE will be pretty deadly. I do hope they'll have some Nemesis type boss baddies somewhere, though.

Daario not having blue hair/beard is one of the more frustrating choices from the show, especially considering how cheap a blue wig or some dye would be.
