From what I've seen on Quinn and Mods stream, a lot content opens after 50. The gearing is pretty Korean. Grind ilvl to access harder content, rinse repeat. Gear can be upgraded, which can unlock skill enhancements. The endgame doesn't seem to be anything new to what most here have...
