I don't think people realize the range on the mini-map ping if you don't use a silencer. It's like a UAV reveal.

The only "necessary" aspect is you need a leveled crafter to overmeld crafted gear, but for combat purposes, that would be pushing bleeding edge min/max territory in terms of "necessary". That being said, crafting can be a decent income source or at the very least save you lots of money in...

I get plenty of console players /w controllers matched with me, although the game does seem to try to rebalance users at times when forming the lobby. Sometimes you get fucked by that, though. I've joined regular BR at times, then it puts me in a different lobby (presumably /w more PC users)...
