One day FF logs will have a way to separate external buffs. Until that time anything on that list is always suspect. People always end up using the single target buffs from other classes on what ever the meta tells them is awesome.

The AST changes are fine. The card you were always fishing for was the dps gain anyways. The little minigame of trying to find the right suits for your aoe dps increase is cool. I've found the actual healing from AST to be lacking. I just got the 76 skill so maybe that changes it but so far...

If you buy the skip you don't actually gain anything because you will grind at least a little bit. The MSQ from the last expansion usually gives as much or more per hour then grinding. If you wanna throw money out the window go for it but the story skip is never worth it.

What is the best thing to spend poetics on? I think I flushed out the 70 gear I needed for alt classes, what's selling well on the market board?

If it has a plus it unlocks something. Could be something you don't need right now like Stormblood beast tribes or it could be abilities for your character. I would look up anything under 70 as they might just be a waste if time to do right now.

Last expansion I had that day off and was still on Excaliber. My queue was like 10 minutes. Honestly my guess is the FF14 queues are all made up to spread people out and make it look like it's more popular then it is.

With 390 stuff moving to poetics a couple of roulettes will get you the ilvl. They also add charity ilvl pieces to old MSQs to catch you up. I don't really get skipping the MSQ. It's the best or second best way to level. PotD and HoH might be slightly faster but are boring as shit.

Last expansion saved gathering leves gave like 2k exp each. So basically nothing.

I didn't realize the exp at the end of HoH didn't give a rested bonus. In that case I will probably level guys to 70 or at least 61 for the rest of the week. Going to just save all my tomes I have now and buy level 70 sets for each class so no reason to do much for the next bit.
