30 hours seems decent. Looking at Steam history I finished Skyrim in 20 hours. Just did the main quest and a few sides. Torment was 25 hours to finish first time on normal. All the Shadowrun RPGs were 20-30 hours, first time through, on normal difficulty.

As mentioned above the GOTY edition is on Steam for $19.99. I only played the vanilla game on Xbox so picking this up. Amazing deal considering the expansions allegedly add another 50 hours of game, expand the world by 1/3rd, and upgrade the UI and graphics. Also can't wait to try this at 60+...
