Considering how much I got from RiF I really wouldn't give a fuck even if 50% of the people bail on me. It's still free rifts and I really don't wanna kill that boss solo on my crusader (unless I got a pack of extra health shielding elites around).

I'd say I've ran / leeched over 100 runs in the last week and only had a problem once with a guy that didn't open the rift (went offline). I never encountered someone trying to talk themselves out of, refuse to leave the game or cause any type of problems.
