    EVE Online

Decided to reactivate my account and as always I keep staring at my skill list and spend hours reading shit on the forums trying to decide on something to do. I'm thinking factional warfare or wormholes. I'm not interested in flying anything bigger than a battlecruiser or a speedy battleship...

This is one of those shows that are so much fun that you don't feel the need to nitpick shit. These last two episodes were directed by some norwegian guy or something like that. The next one should be back to normal.

I tried this back when it was in beta as an upgrade to Vindictus but didn't deliver. Guess I'll give it another shot since there's nothin to play lately.

Science!! Fucking magnets, how do they work?

Yeah, the reaction requires specific conditions and if those change it just stops. No boom, no radiation, no nothing. Deathwing, I'm pretty sure wikipedia (or some guy on youtube) can explain it a lot better than I ever could.

I'm not sure what's happening either. It's not like have any competition, my only other choice is 16mbps ADSL for 6$/month. Like I said before, I get more blackout than internet outages. We did make our owncomputersback in the day.

Science!! Fucking magnets, how do they work?

I strongly believe nuclear fusion will provide the next big step in human advancement (something like the industrial age) but I don't think we'll see a commercial fusion power plant in our lifetime.

Comcast Agrees to Buy Time Warner Cable

So why can I get fiber at the door (well GPON in the stairwell and ~10m of UTP to my door) ? It's not like we make our own fiber or it's cheaper here. Anyway, it's clear that no one can change your mind so I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one wishing you'd move on.

Comcast Agrees to Buy Time Warner Cable

I have no clue because 1. streaming will always have a lower bitrate compared to what you can get from torrents. 2. it's fast enough to download everything in minutes. I wanted to say seconds but by the time it connects to enough seeders to go over 300-400 mbps it's already done(hmm, third...

Comcast Agrees to Buy Time Warner Cable

Nope, they own their shit (I remember when they had to pull the fiber from the telephone polls and bury it because the state owned landline provider made a fuss). Also that 1gbps speed isn't limited within the country I go over 100 mbps even with some servers in the US but there's to...

Comcast Agrees to Buy Time Warner Cable

Since 2004 when my local cable company was bought by the biggest ISP in the country, I've been paying 12$ / month for my internet (from 2 mbps up to 100 mbps over the years). They've launched a 1gbps service last year in all major cities for 18$/month. There's no caps, no throttling, no...

Just bought a ~60$ tablet at a sale.Tablet Connect TAB SG4C700TAB Couldn't find any reviews but it has gps and 3g and I can get a 3g sim with 5gb of traffic for ~3$/month. For comparison the Nexus 7 2012 is 300$ and the new model is 400$.

I use a trackball in bed to control MPC. I always hated those little keyboards / remotes so this was the obvious choice. Got pretty good with it over the years. One day I'll install PLEX or something that provides an appropriate interface.

Reading your post I have to agree to most of what you said and I know this sounds shallow as fuck but there's more to an anime / movie than just the main character's motivations or his growth.
