48gig of that is high res textures, if you don't NEED them immediately, disable them so you only need to download 40g. Properties / DLC / High Res Pack (uncheck).

Mine is at 79gig, and I'm assuming that is IB + High Res, but I don't see an option to disable the High Res portion. Is it there be default because I downloaded them for MHW? Can't use them due to not enough memory on vidcard, so this extra 48gig is pointless.
