What has made you consider that singularities can be different "sizes"? I've never once thought of that, to me each one is identical in "size" and their only difference is the scope of the event horizon surrounding them.

My guess is that yes, all singularities are the same size, but the force they exert around them is not. That force, represented by the radius of the event horizon is based on its mass.

Tested out streaming from my normal ps4 and it was really smooth, a lot better than expected even when I had it set to 720/60 (doubt the ps4 could hit 60fps anyway).
