I've heard good things about the 3ds version of Abyss, and can't really think of a reason that it wouldn't be. Except for people that hate handhelds Edit: good things as in the port is successful on a technical level. I don't think they added or enhanced anything.

I'm hoping for the best, but honestly Abyss is the only game in the series that I'd consider uniformly excellent (haven't played Vesperia or Hearts R, which to be fair are reputed to be among the best). Zestiria was easily the worst of the ones I've pkayed, but it probably had the best music imo.

I'm definitely getting DQ7. It was so fucking late into PS1's cycle iirc that not only had the PS2 already released, so had Scars of Velious, so I was mired in unrepentant EQ addiction. Won't be able to play it at release, though, as I started P4G not long ago.

I don't really think it's a recent development. Atlus caught up mid-to-late PS2 era and overtook them covertly and permanently sometime soon thereafter - I just don't think anybody really realized it at the time, because Shin Megami was (and to a real extent still is) a lesser-known, more niche...

Since I've actually started working on raiding (even have a Beorg, now!), who're the premier single target nukers? Nyami seems to do by far the most damage of any nuker I have, but she's a fragile breaker.

Needed to do it anyway. Having another omni mitigator is nice. Lucky enough to have Ensa, and was able to complete it with her leading and a Miku friend (I don't have an omni female status cleanse, so a lead null was nice). Got 2.1 mil or so, but almost wiped like 3 times.

I'd do something like Sirius lead Elza Lara Krantz Allanon. Not sure about last slot. Hell, have some fun with ET's 50 hit BB (this is a single target fight) and Elza's SBB and spark away. They don't seem to clash too badly. Elza really seems built for this trial, come to think of it.
