solely based on the Kerran, I have concerns with their armor/loot appearance in general. That Kerran is wearing 100% blue, plate armor. Does ALL plate armor look like that on Kerran? Is it a set? etc etc

that literally has nothing to do with her art style. It's 100% in context of what an ogre was, roleplay wise. By lore definition, they had their intelligence STRIPPED from them. That's why they look like goofy, fun, idiots. Can you imagine if she designed the other races in EQ classic?

i dont think you've considered how little time you've spent, or anyone has spent actually watching another PCs face... the issue is the appearance from a normal perspective, a couple meters out. Thats why the Kerran is so awful, he's a walking hunk of ogre-sized armor on a voxelated lion face.
