I'd second Clone Wars. It's actually pretty solid writing, which for anything Star Wars these days is saying a lot. Some individual episodes are blatantly geared towards a younger crowd, but there's a lot of reasonably mature stuff going on as well most of the time.

Yeah that's kind of a tipping point to the show. It's pretty consistently excellent throughout with very few actual shitty episodes.

I get the whole shedding a shitload of salary the way the Sox did, but the timing just before such a mediocre free agent class seems fairly odd.
