That's funny I was just in the local Ace Hardware Sunday and they had a chest freezer sale going on and they were sitting all over the store.

Made a couple of loin chops last night. Just seasoned them with salt and pepper and seared in a cast iron pan like a steak to medium rare. They were great.

So on a whim I bought a 4H lamb and just got the meat yesterday. I've never eaten lamb before but I have a couple of chops defrosting for dinner tonight. Anyone here eat lamb or have any good tips or recipes for it?

Man 10 years ago 3D printers were going to change the world and after all this time no one has really found a use for them except making prototypes and crappy plastic toys for 100x the price of one you could just buy on the internet.
