    Do yoga or martial arts or whatever you want as far as cardio. Jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, you know the drill. I would start with stretches, but you can ramp any of that up to get a good burn going any time of the day/week/year.

    Yeah, just started in on it last night. My company decide to take their dick out of our asses as far as employee package goes, so we now have HBO, Cinemax, and Starz/Encore. Been rewatching the Harry Potter movies, too. They still hold up as excellent fantasy movies.
