Isn't that what I said? I write contracts for a living, I know getting a lawyer does nothing. What I should've done is just ate a month worth of rent (give 30 days notice after closing). It'd cost $2k and that sucks, but it would've meant no stress.

I should also point out that I've used thousands of the tier 5 reagents, too. And I think my highest skill is around 125. Getting to 200 with the old drop rates is going to be a grind that makes most people quit the game.

Was reading about some item perks, and wow, it seems like almost everything item related is broken at the moment. Most of the perks don't work, amber and diamond gems aren't working. This game is more of a shit show than I knew. Gear seems to barely even matter since it's all broken as fuck.

The repair cost after a full night of grinding is also several hundred gold. I think my last repair all was like 300ish, and stuff was probably half durability. You're essentially just treading water at this point.
