From what they imply, your last power lvl is fixed basically by the ilvl of the item, while your first power is based off your current power level & item ilvl, with the rest linearly inbetween. So the 370 chest would always have a 26 max power, but it might have had a start lower than 17 if...

You have to do them only once per account. Once the outpost is "populated", it can be used by all your chars. The followup missions for "improvement" are per character though. Some improvements are essential, like the one where I populate the cave with baby dinosaurs to pet. I kid you not...

There's a lot of resources nodes inside other items; a fair number of mobs spawning inside rocks and trees. The Q&A for the world building was low.

In term of speed, I'm not sure you can't get expulsom/hour faster with skinning, crafting leather items, and scrapping those. It's 1 expulsom/6 bracers on average, so 30 leather, 24 bones. That's about 20 stags/wolves/whatever, which take like 10-15mn to kill. WQ are faster, but the items...

At this point, I'm pretty sure Arathi only resets when your side gains control. So horde got a free period of Arathi rares, plus half a week of unconstrained warfront farming. It's funny how everyone was whining about Alliance being advantaged since they got Arathi out of the box when it looks...

I think I spotted the problem.

That's what I was mentioning earlier. They've just realized that, as they were, heroic dungeons were useless, unnecessary, and totally ignorable. So they're trying to make those "slightly" relevant again. Too little, too late, methinks.

Hopefully, it resets when Arathi changes hands, and not just when your side gets Arathi. Otherwise, the whining about Horde getting free Arathi rares and warfront gear vs Alliance just the WB will be... loud. (of course it averages over time... but the outrage will be real at first, and first...

If you were lucky, that is. One of my alts got two 340 belts from Arathi (one drop, one from the quest). That's it. No WB drop, no bonus loot. I suspect this is more in line with what the majority of players will experience; some - a few - will simply get a exceptional shower of loot this week.

Warfronts started in EU, and the queue system broke down. Completely. Spinning wheel to just display just a list of raids, can't join any (they go "cancelled", then when you refresh they're there)... But yea. I was expecting 2 or maybe 3 days tops for the warfront scenario. Not a full week.

I suspect the "gathering speed" will be adjusted for contribution, so that major effort might reduce the wait time to open the warfront scenario from 4 to 3 days, or some such.

Apparently, you can tag the elites only once per warfront. I hope you can tag them again while it's Horde, but I'm not holding my breath...

Random is random. Of course they're going to make you farm it over time. If you got everything on first drop, it would be empty next week.
