I'm wondering how much vitamin D you would have to take to overdose. Lots of MS patients take 50,000 ITU's of D3 daily while a normal vitamin D3 pill is 1,000 ITU's. Currently in recovery for a chronic magnesium deficiency. Never heard of such but apparently it affects damn near everything...
