I had a lot of fun doing the 2 skysteel tools I did. I really wish the BTN/MIN weapons came with a secondary tool also. It feels kinda weird to have done all that work for a sweet axe, and then have this lame scythe in my offhand.

I did most of my Bozja stuff on WHM, and just played safety mage and overhealed like a mad man. I think DR is the only thing I did on BLM because my WHM wasnt 80 when I was doing my relic clears, and I can't play anything else at a Savage level.

I believe you can get the armor without the weapon, so you may not need to do Pagos light grind at all.

I tried to figure out sheathed and unsheathed hotbars one day and gave up in a fit of rage, too big brain for me. Instead I just made a macro on the side of my screen that hides/shows 3 hotbars that have all my class change stuff on them.

That party was only 1 AST. Good RNG and using Time Dilatation and Celestial Opposition to extend cards doesnt make it super hard to get 50% balance uptime, from my understanding, but I don't actually play AST.

I got padded to hell and back, but I finally got my orange parse. 50% balance uptime, and the group happened to be double SMN and they staggered contagion properly, so near 50% contagion uptime.

I love my BLM, but they get a real bad rap and pugs disable them a lot. That said I've cleared the entire tier, minus Final Omega which we are almost done with, on BLM and seeing those big numbers is awesome. Nothing like seeing 55k+ crits.

I don't think thats it overtuned, it's that its right before a lot of classes start getting some of their level 50 tools. Healers have like no oGCDs for instance. The skill pruning hit that dungeon particularly hard.

Aurum Vale is the worst dungeon in the game. If I could remove a dungeon from my list, it would be that one.

Been farming Suzako for my BLM weapon, can't wait to step into Savage on Friday with my half static. New fights have been a lot of fun so far, I'm really glad normal isn't just a faceroll like it was last tier. Plus BLM buffs are always good.

Oh yeah for sure, I'm still working on slidecasting, and memorizing a few optimization things the BLMs in balance discord have talked about. I'm still really happy with it, considering my first savage raid was in the end of June.
