Everyone and their brother use SEQ. The old people use the untraceable linux box over a hub or something, but the lazy new generation just throw it on the same PC they play EQ on. WoW recently cracked down on bots, so you just never know when it'll happen in EQ. (likely never /shrug)

Agree fully, I probably should've mentioned the later expansions were actually good again lol. The raids are a lot of fun too, and I've been on more than a few TLEs with a pretty dedicated group, I probably raided more in EQ2 than any other game.

The quality drop off from vanilla release to the first 'adventure pack' was nuts. Went from dungeons with themes and actual story, to a one color 4 floor 'dungeon' crafted by one intern using Bryce-3d. The questline had you go in to 4 different named dungeons, all the same actual dungeon...

SNW has been mostly fantastic. The musical episode had 1 or 2 funny parts but the rest was hard to watch cringey. The animated cross-over episode was unexpected, but not bad either!

I fixed the Shaman problem by starting to level one. Two days later, an unpaid intern 'adjusted' the Rockbiter melee buff with a 95% nerf, and you can no longer dual wield + get the tank buff. Just a small nerf, nothing to see here. Oh and they didn't even do it right, the tank buff shows...
