Put it on storymode and change the setting to auto-click for your offensive moves and you should be good to go. I didn't have much trouble with the storyline stuff, and just decided I didn't have time for the optional super tough bosses. Also, we may be old, but we're not bad at parrying...

I take it back about Storymode. I beat it last night and the main storyline is plenty easy. But they gave no fucks on the optional side content just before the last zone, so that's still super tough lol. 9/10 for me, I loved the world they created.
