Honestly the only other thing i could come close to in terms of the gameplay i liked would be Dragons Dogma. However i see and feel the love for open conversations about thing's on these forum's so i will simply let go at that.

Got two menus on the smith screen one for identify and the other for anything that accepts runes.

After making it past the mage boss I referred to you meet the smith who sockets them for you.

I should clarify that you can upgrade via runes that add different states or effects. The big draw back is only some weapons so far has slots for runes.

This is the kind of shit that will just give poly the ticion something to use as a platform for more control on games. If as a whole it flops though they will have no leg to stand on , however if it does very well then it will be the damn 90's and esrb all over again.
