I saw only two of the best foreign film nominee, but Saul fia was indeed very good and the best of the two I saw.

Like 1/3-2/5 of the presenters have been black. There certainly isn't that many black actors as a ratio in Hollywood. The pandering is strong enough without Chris Rock's early shtick.
