If the Rams win this then it will all be based on that.

Saints fucked themselves before that call anyway. They could have run it 3 downs in a row, forced the Rams to use all their TO's and then kicked with almost no time left.

It was PI since he never turned his head, but if the ball is already parallel or passed them you can hit the receiver. You see it on a lot of incomplete passes.
