According to Bovada, the top two most likely candidates to take the first snap on Week 1 are not named Brock Purdy, and the No. 1 candidate isn’t currently on the team. Tom Brady (+115), Trey Lance (+120) and Brock Purdy (+350) are the top three, followed by Jimmy Garoppolo (+1000), Lamar Jackson (+1200), Derek Carr (+2000) and Aaron Rodgers (+2000).

No way Rodgers is going to SF. They don't have the draft picks to trade for him or the money to pay him. Can't he make like $45M just by staying on the Packers next year? I think they will just let Lance and Purdy battle it out in training camp or just go with Lance if Purdy isn't back to 100% yet and he'll have Purdy breathing down his neck if he looks bad. Probably bring in some journeyman for the 3rd string that can bring a little maturity and wisdom to the QB room to compliment the two youngsters. Turns out Purdy is actually 4 months older than Lance heh. Crazy how young these guys are. Purdy wears 13 for Dan Marino but Marino retired the year Purdy was born.

I like your big brain take instead - The one where Shanahan is just the unluckiest coach in the history of the NFL (which begs the question why the fuck you'd want that coaching your team) and it's merely coincidence that two coaches from his "coaching tree" have had a rash of QB injuries as well.

Are you still going to have that same genius take when Ryans gets a bunch of QBs injured in Houston? Afterall, that's football!
Sounds like you should find a new team to "cheer" for.

mass is not pending anymore for sports betting, you just have to go to one of the local casinos and place the bet there. Cash Only

ONLINE sports betting is not until sometime in march when ... i think mgm caesars wynnbet and a few others have their apps go live in MA. (right now you have to be in NH CT or RI to use online betting)

How did Shanahan's coaching lead to Purdy's injury?

How did Shanahan's coaching lead to Purdy's injury?
The Niners are 24th in the league in quarterback hits and 27th in sacks but since they got hurt it's proof that Shanahan doesn't care about his quarterbacks getting hurt because that totally makes sense.

Don't forget about Jimmy's ACL tear and broken foot, that was Shanahan's fault. And Josh Johnson's concussion from his head bouncing off the ground. All Shanahan's fault cause he plays smash mouth football.
