I want to agree with you because the Shade was really cool, and I could honestly put 80 hours into that newbie zone, but I did the Heckler grind on a Keeper and it caused permanent psychological damage.

Most I could find was that it has most of it, but their priority is Rubi-Ka stability. Sounds like it's there?

thats in the part i snipped out, pretty sure it was all 0% on other expacs except some partial alien xp perks and quests

All I remember from the alien expansion was the new newbie zone being way less fun and interesting than the previous ones, fewer hidden bits, rares, and combinable items, but just insanely overpowered weapons for the level/requirements.
