It's been a long time since I played some MGS but yeah that game is semi serious and semi goofy. That's pretty much Kojima for you, dude is def high on his own farts. Sorta like mgftps hero Neil Drunkman except with some actual goofy charisma lol.
Also I'm surprised Stellar Blade isn't on Xbox yet, last I heard is they had plans for it after their PC port but now I'm not sure since Xbox is looking to launch their next console/pc hybrid device next year or some shit.
Also brah you gotta get that Red Rising. Book 1, while great is the weakest so far with a sorta hunger games vibe but the other books are taking it to another level.
Speaking of MGS / games in general, did you hear about the bull shit Sony is doing now with the facial recognition / I.D. crap? Starting in the UK and Ireland, or maybe it was Scotland, but either way...really bad news. Xbox may as well be dead IMO, Halo = dead franchise and that shitty remake of CE is getting torn to shreds.
And finally, one thing that has stood the test of time is the good read, fuck all that other crap. Don't get me wrong, games are fucking sweet, but the companies and their predatory business practices can eat shit.
