The broscience is still the same, make sure you take intra BCAAs and eat within that anabolic post-workout window
Also what are some good intra BCAAs? I do take ON amino energy. Dunno if that’s intra tho

I'm pretty psyched to try it out. I've read comparisons to Aventus, which, I'm not sure I believe because Aventus at this point isn't even a skin scent on me. Was this crap reformulated / watered down at some point after the original release? Any truth to Creed being sold to Black Rock?

ON the other hand... Terre D'Hermes EDT .............. holy shit, I found this one to be a BANGER. Definitely grabbing a bottle, lived up to and exceeded the hype and everything I've read and heard about it. Once Aventus died down, which took about 20-30 minutes, I decided to go ahead and spray some Terre D'hermes on my forearms - brah, this stuff is beautiful. 100% masculine.

I like TdH, and the performance is fantastic, but it's one of those frags where you don't wear it, it wears you. There was one comment on Fragrantica where someone basically said "it's the smell of old money," which I thought was dead on. You need to be able to project a certain amount (read: a lot) of confidence, else you would come across absolutely ridiculous while wearing it in public. My first experience with it was at a high-end hotel in DC where some 50 year old guy in a tailored suit had it on, and holy shit, he rocked it.

My most recent discovery is No. 4 Neon. Mango overload. Leans a little unisex/twinky, but it's so sunny and happy, I think anyone who likes citrus at all would like it. I don't even like mango ordinarily.

Why archive misc?
A lot of us have and Wanted to move on from
It, it was great on its prime. But in its dying days many of us posted stuff there we don’t want those in our rl knowing about: wives, our children, or employers? People trying to ruin orhers lives is weak af.

I think the misc is simply like the other forums I went to, serving a purpose me, appealing to me at a time when I could connect with the sort of people who went there in a bygone era. It's no different from the first forum I was a regular at, I first started posting there when I was probably 13 and was active up until my 20's. I loved the community and posting there as a teenager but over time the community changed, the entire atmosphere changed, and most importantly I changed. I simply grew out of it and there was a point where I was just no longer really connecting with anyone and the users felt more combative than anything.

That was around when I started to become a regular at the misc, and I fell right into the misc because it was simply the type of community I could connect with in my 20's and early 30's. It was a fun place to hangout in and I had a lot of good discussions and connections but over time the same thing happened, the community changed, the atmosphere changed, and I was quickly growing out of it the more often I found myself combating with people as opposed to anything.

So it's closure was basically just the push I needed to move on. Back with my first forum I got my account permabanned when I was finally ready to move on so I would have incentive to never reason to never return, but the misc literally shut down so that was that. Initially I was a bit bummed out to see the misc shut down like that but that was now a long time ago and I have since moved on with my life and it's just another place I used to enjoy in a bygone era.

This is fine with me for where I'm at right now. Slow enough to keep me from posting on it all the time, while engaging enough to feel worthwhile to be a part of and participate in threads. I think the slower speed benefits it when it comes to post quality as well, people here aren't competing with each other in a race to be edgy and spew more insults than the other and top threads are continually active and interesting to browse.

No bro, help me out. Can you explain
It's a joke from the misc supplement section. Glutamine was suppose to be the next creatine but did shitte.

But people wanted to know if you should pre-loaded like creatine.

It probably helps your intestines and immune system but not much muscle growth.

Personally I have found BCAA's to be helpful. I buy it in bulk and add 10 grams to my protein shake.

Hello all,

I humbly and sincerely invite you to the new misc we launched this past weekend.

The reason we chose for making the forum only visible to logged in member is to improve privacy, make it harder to be doxxed on waybackmachine etc. We all wanna let loose on the misc once in a while but we don't want it to backfire IRL

Please join! Thank you

P.S. we have the good old rep and neg system as it has been a request of many
