Looks like vacatiion / honey moon time was at least enjoyable. Sorry about your injuries, nothing sucks more than losing time in the gym, I swear I miss a few days of lifting I feel like I'm 120 pounds soaking wet. You're fucking jacked though, so I am sure you will bounce back looking better than most.

Also, during your down time, can you at least fap? Can hit those forearms at least, gnome sane?

It was amazing, can't wait to go back. The tear was at least not on my dominant arm, so I can still manage basic tasks alright, can't really put on socks or tie my shoes at the moment without my wife helping me. Driving isn't too bad, but I don't do it so much right now. Do said it's going to be likely 5 or 6 months before I can really get back in the gym and restart my heavy lifting.

Awesome, glad you had a great time.

5-6 months will fly by, definitely keep in mind not to hit the weights too early, last thing you want is to add more time.

Jaime Lynn Sigler eats a fermented poo plum at least 3x per week, which makes you take a dump 5x a day. She literally spends the whole week shitting her brains out.

I'm taking my family to the big island next year during my kids spring break. We're seriously considering moving to the Hilo area. We've found some pretty decently priced homes there, and I'll make a good chunk of money selling my current house to move there.

I felt a tiny pop in my shoulder when I went all the way down on my last pull up. Didn't hurt, but I knew I had to quit lifting that day. I woke the next morning in a lot of pain and my left arm and pec were swollen up a lot. Went to the ER and they did a MRI. Found my labrum was torn and referred me to an orthopedic surgeon.

Also ended up tearing my labram in my left shoulder doing pull-ups. I had to have a biceps tenodesis and doing physical therapy for it now. Needless to say, probably going to be out of the gym for a long time.
A few years ago I injured both shoulders simply by sleeping on my side with my arms outstretched. The craziest injury you could imagine. I never slept like that before or since.

Anyways, I couldn't lift because of the pain. Someone on the misc suggested I try Voltaren Gel. Within 3 days the pain was gone and my shoulders were healed. I keep a tube in my medicine cabinet since then.

While I'm here...I need to increase my calories but my appetite sucks in the summer. I always used Periatin-a non-prescription antihistamine. But my body seems to have built an immunity to it.

Any suggestions?

Man, you have my condolences.

No tears here (hopefully), but I've had chronic tendonitis on both arms and knees, pulled a pec in June that kind of messed up my shoulders, and then fucked things up even worse trying to improve my setup with a new bench pad (spoiler: the new pad sucked).

The only thing I can really suggest to look into is maybe some BPC-157 and Thymosin Beta 4. They're probably the only reason things had slowly improved symptom-wise for me, but I also found out about them way too late into the injuries.
