I'm not sure to be honest. I haven't registered on there. I'm not sure I want some random from MISC having IP geo location. I'd only hit that site with a VPN or proxy. I'm not necessarily saying the guy that did the site scraping is a bad person, just saying there's no way to know.

I'm not sure if this makes a difference, but on his profile his join date is 1970. That makes me think this guy is in his 50's...even though his age says 39. He works in IT and he's married with kids. I think he can be trusted. He answer's all the member's questions right away, updates daily, tries to fix the issues, seem very kind/soft spoken in the way he talks and carries on with everyone there.
Just going with my gut.
