The pressure from on-boarding cryptobro investors is exactly why this is headed to EA as soon as possible.
Are indie MMOGs that take 10+ years to make actually a good investment?

I can't imagine how unless they secretly have crypto mining running on all player's PCs... 🤔

Camera is being "pulled along" almost giving it a hitching effect which will cause motion sickness. They need to work on camera stability and smoothness.

Unless that's an FPS issue which I had considered, but it appears to just be a clunky camera. The basic stilted low quality animations are "fine" but the camera needs to be smoothed out. A good camera is non-negotiable in today's gaming. Graphics quality doesn't matter as much as the camera.

I thought this game wasn't supposed to have any PVE. I honestly wonder what this is actually going to be when (if) it releases lol. At least there was no keyboard clacking in these videos. And I mean it doesn't look groundbreaking, but its... fine visually. The LoD popping in the snow area is just begging for some fog or something to mask it a bit. I kinda get what you mean about the camera but cant pinpoint what the issue is. It looks fine to me, but maybe its a FoV thing, I get motion sickness with higher FoV and it seems pretty wide. I checked the other day and I think I backed this in like 2011? So inflation adjusted my $40 or whatever is probably... I dunno $800?

I kinda get what you mean about the camera but cant pinpoint what the issue is.

I think I narrowed it down to player animation causing the kicking/hitch effect. The effect seems to be caused by the stilted player animation on movement. FOV needs to be able to leash out a little bit as well during that combat and camera needs to sit a little higher looking down just slightly more.

I'd focus all resources into just player animation. Nobody cares if NPC animations are slide-shows.
