Wish A$M started their own network, forcing out Texas. UT's entire athletic program has been run into the ground by Dodds & Mack.

JFF was fucking terrific today - I hate the kid, but his #'s today were Heisman worthy. A$M's defense is awful though. Dare I say Big 12-esque?

Texas down 24-37 to Ole Miss, was driving early in the 4th quarter, and just fumbled the ball and lost it. Then Ole Miss gains about 50 yards on 2 rushes and they're about to go up by even more, they're in the Red Zone.

edit - yep, 1 more rush for about 15 yards and TD. Ole Miss up 44-23.

Mack can't have a job come Monday, right?

Texas gave up another 272 yards on the ground...which is hysterically only like 60% of what BYU put up last week. Maybe Mack does move on during the season, I was totally convinced he'd finish the year at least and they would really try and make it look like a genuine retirement.

Fell asleep in the 3rd quarter of the A&M/Bama game. Had planned to watch part of the Ole Miss/UT game but couldn't stay awake that long, didn't even watch the LSU game. I'm guessing Austin is in full meltdown mode by now.

Reading the SEC rant and the TexAgs forum sounds like A&M is already conceding a few more losses because of their defense and one of them is Ole Miss....I will never understand how Aggies think. It's like a team beat UT so they automatically will beat A&M.

The year before LSU hired Saban the full push was to hire Mack Brown. I had totally forgot till this week that Mack Brown at one time was an assistant at LSU. You never know how things are going to turn out. I'm trying to think of a BCS winning coach that is going to be run out of town this hard. I can't come up with one and second place would be Fulmer I guess.

Bowden was run out of town in a similar manner.

It is weird to see a coach be in the championship game one season and then just fall off a cliff the very next.

Yeah but I believe FSU already had an exit plan in place with Fisher lined up a couple of years in advance to take over. Speaking of Fulmer I hear he's looking for a job....
