UF hire was Sabans offensive coordinator at Alabama from like 2007-2011, before he went to colorado st as head coach for 3 yearsWTF is Nebraska doing?
No idea bout this guy UF hired. We will see I guess.
Let me put it this way. He (not Saban) was the reason behind Meyer having a heart attack, Tebow crying, and me getting shit from Bama fans at Buffalo Wild Wings.WTF is Nebraska doing?

From everything I can find it's still the rage at Florida.Lol think you got UF confused with FSU.
It goes on to mention how it was Urban's recruits who were arrested ( yet still on the team led by CoachMuschamp ). Ya it seems like it went down, down to 22 from 40+. I can agree 22 is better than the 40+ they had before, but fuck that's still 22 arrests. After the team was riddled with legal issues and arrests during Urban Meyer's tenure, Muschamp improved the environment around the Gator program. Out of the 22 arrests since 2014, only two were players that Muschamp recruited. And since July 2013, the Gators have had only one arrest (Jalen Tabor - possession of marijuana).

Guess what. Rankings at the time you beat them means jack shit. It means you beat a over rated team who shouldn't have been ranked that high in the first place. Holy shit just leave that crap out every other 5 days you decide to defend your record on wins vs loses. You're using the logic of them no longer being ranked because you beat them? Your guess is those teams only had one loss to you and are no longer in the top 25 then. My guess is that they had other losses combined with the loss to your team that dropped them out of the rankings.Mizzou is 14-3 in the SEC the last 2 years. Of those 14 wins, 4 in 2013(Georgia, #24 Vanderbilt, #18 Texas A&M, Miss St), and 5 this year(Florida, Tenn, S Carolina, Texas A&M, Arkansas). So 9 of our 14 conference wins against winning teams. 5 of the 9 were ranked at the time we beat them. The only team we've played the past 2 years that had a losing record both years was Kentucky. our 3 losses were #13 Georgia this year, and #20 South Carolina and #3 Auburn last year. Mizzou went 8-0 in road games, 6-2 in home games, an 0-1 in neutral site games(SEC title) over those 2 years, oddly enough.
I'm with you, which is why I'm not thinking WTF on the UF hire. I just don't know anything about, until this thread at least.I'm kind of a fan of picking a head coach from a division 1 school but not the upper most tier. It worked for LSU with Saban and Miles who were from well known programs but not top 15 schools which seems to be what people think they can hire nowdays.
4-4 is not a winning record... So the right answer is, 2.4 in two years. 3 last year(Georgia, Vandy, A&M) and 1 this year (Florida)
So, out of our 16 regular-season games, we're 14-2, with a 4-2 record against teams over .500 (and a 6-2 record against ranked teams)
So out of 16 games, we've played 6 teams with eventual winning records in conference, and we've played 8 teams that were ranked at the time we played them, we tend to knock people out of rankings when we win, I guess losing to us is an embarrassment or something, despite the fact that only like 5 programs have more wins than us over the past 8 years....
I'll take it. You can only beat who is on your schedule.
The general consensus for a "winning" season in college football = bowl eligible = .500. It's the standard that everyone measures a "winning" season or a "losing" season by.4-4 is not a winning record... So the right answer is, 2.
And that completely depends on the team/situation. Yeah, South Carolina this year was overrated and just hadn't played enough games yet to show it, they didn't deserve their ranking. But what about a situation like Ole Miss? They aren't the same team now as they were a month ago. Injuries happen in college football, teams get hot, teams go cold. College football can very much depend on what time of year you play a team as to how good they are. A team can be completely different(for better or worse) in September than they are in November. Look at Arkansas, no one would tell you they were the same quality of team in week #1 as week #12 of the season. The teams that played them in November played a MUCH better team than the teams that played Arkansas in September. Same with Alabama, their offense looked like shit the first month of the season, and they look like Oregon Jr now on offense. If the Alabama/Auburn game had happened the first week of the season rather than the last, I think we would have seen a completely different outcome.Guess what. Rankings at the time you beat them means jack shit. .
Nothing near as bad as other schools plus happy with the coach we got. From everything I can find it's still the rage at Florida.
10 Players from FSu since 2006 ( Who knows how many the TPD covered up tho)

And then Florida Gators

I do see where it says only one arrest since July 2013. I am guessing that's from Muschamps recruits.
You still have 22 arrests since the start of 2014.

They certainly don't have winning records either. I have a third category for these teams. I call them ".500 teams".You have to include .500 teams in either your "winning" category or "losing" category, and they certainly don't have losing records.
Obviously you have never heard of Ryan Perilloux, Rhett Bomar, Dayne Crist, Garret Gilbert, Jess Driskel, or Mich Mustain. To be a huge bust you have to first be a highly rated recruit. Our QB, Maty Mauk, was not. He was a 3-star recruit out of Ohio. Sure he set every national high school passing record in existence, but he was not expected to be an immediate star in college. He's basically right where he was predicted to be, an inconsistent Sophomore QB. 3-star kids don't come in and dominate their first year starting.Never mention that opie looking faggot again, he cost me several future bets and dozens of regular bets.
Biggest NCAA bust I have ever seen.
