That's why they're going the lawyer route. 90% of the movie will be in courtroom.

So warner spent $70m on it, thought it was crap, shelved it for a tax write-off, but then the Internet/Hollywood complained, so they sold it to another company for $50m

They thought it wasn't going to be profitable, all indications by those that saw it was that it was something special. This was a causality of Zaslav, Im actually looking forward to it.
