Yup, bugs aside (I didn't have many on PC) my single biggest gripe isn't the AI, the "cut" material, etc - it's the post game content or complete lack thereof. NG+ or something similar would go a really long way and I hope its something they add soonish. Not expecting anything for awhile though so I've shelved it after 2 playthroughs and almost 200 hours.

witcher didn’t get ng+ for more than a few months, I bet we don’t see it for another 3 at least.

Maybe the hype train got the better of me, but I expected more from Cyberpunk.

Don’t get me wrong it was enjoyable, but it wasn’t ground breaking or mind blowing in any way. The story was pretty good, but the ending felt hacked together. I honestly couldn’t tell if the awkward ending was due to bugs, sloppy writing or “user error”.

Overall Cyberpunk didn’t grab me like Witcher 3, but I’m ok with the time I spent playing it. I may take a second look if/when they release some DLC, but outside of that I might be done with the game.

I would still recommend the game to hardcore RPG players, but that recommendation would come with a couple disclaimers.

Comparing the story to TW3 is a very high benchmark.

Just compare it to ME3 and you'll feel a lot better.

btw, you ppl should play around w/ the colorblind settings.

i've been playing the game the whole time w/ red/green colorblind, then my wife (who gave up after making a character) was like why is this game so ugly.

so i looked through settings and remembered i had colorblind on, turned it off and she was like

"wow it actually looks nice"

I'd like not to have to obsessively save everytime I finish a quest, walk out a building, hop in my car, transition zones, etc. Because basically 25% of the time I do these my game crashes without fail.

I was trying to climb a wall yesterday for the mission you place a bug on the car by the waterfront. Literally jumped on to a pipe, my health dropped to single digits, and it catapulted me to the other side of the map on the far side of the river. Getting distinct Vanguard vibes even after the supposed fix.

Ive run into some minor bugs but nothing like that hilarity.

So I finally got the crafting specs for Ba Xing Chong. Holy shit, am I pissed at myself for not getting this weapon sooner! This shotgun is so much fun and so overpowered it's ridiculous. I wish I wasn't done with the game, because this gun is so much fun to just mow down enemies with. I guess I'll have it for future DLC's, although I'm sure they will release even better weapons by then. Still, this is probably the second best weapon in the game (I still like Psalm 11:6 the most).

I like putting on all my armor go downtown and blow up cars and let all the police spawn so much fun with that shotgun.

haha replaying game, now as girl, her voice actress is better than man, v, but also i try to find the options to go ham, like in the flatbed/spider mission, you can just let jackie go bulldog (just don't respond, and he goes rabid) and just murder everyone w/o going through the whole sequence.

It's like Mass Effect. Female is played by a well-known talented actress (Cherami Leigh in V's case), male is some random nobody ever heard of and probably won't see much of in anything else in the future.

Yeah, the reason I played FemShep was 100% Jennifer Hale. You felt how good her voice acting was. MaleShep was so meh.

Still enjoying this game. Yes the game has plenty to improve on but it has certainly earned my respect.

This game is a wonderful foundation to a lot of possibilities. I can think of a long list of things that could be fundamentally added that have nothing to do with expanding the map(Beyond city) or quests.

1. Faction system
2. Better police response system
3. Ability to modify cars and tweak the control. Vehicle combat even
4. Improved NPC AI.
5. Fortification system based around where you call home. Could even Hire NPC's and then train them etc.
6. Multiplayer could easily 2nd life this game.

Those are the obvious tweaks. The game is there. It just needs to grow now. It is not what we were told it would be but it is also not complete trash either. There are parts of this game that are truly amazing with the right PC. As it is, I would give this game an 8.5, now that I have really committed some time to it. If it had delivered what it was supposed to, the game would have been the next step up in story telling. It will certainly be remembered one way or another.

That being said. Is there an easy way to get perk points? I imagine there is some easy repetitive way to build up points via a different skill.

Also, is there a way to build up gun skill levels? I have not found anyway to target practice and at this stage of the game, it seems odd to be at a 14 skill and still need 20(Not point level but actual skill level) just for the last tree skill. I feel I would be pretty close to finishing the game before I ever got the final skill. I have purposely stopped and killed various factions just for the skill points.

Assuming you've exhausted all the blue police missions, then driving around and basically murdering clusters of the random spawns works. There is an "exploit" you can use to farm. Most of the 'random' clusters of enemies arent really random. They arent mission based, just static clusters. If you kill them, then run a block or so away, then run back, you can sometimes get them to respawn when you get back in range. You can farm quickhacks from the voodoo boys pretty easily doing this, for instance.

Hey guys, stop modding so that you can fuck Keanu!

Our most important rule regarding user-generated content, game mods in particular, is that it can’t be harmful towards others. In the case of model swaps, especially those that involve explicit situations, it can be perceived as such by the people who lent us their appearance for the purpose of creating characters in Cyberpunk 2077.

Therefore, when making fan content, creators have to make sure they’ve got permission from all the concerned parties (which might be people other than CD PROJEKT RED). For the characters we’ve invented for the game, we broadly permit you to tweak the game at will and just have fun.

When it comes to models of real people whom we’ve asked to participate in the game, we kindly ask you to refrain from using them in any situation that might be found offensive if you don’t have their explicit permission.

If you're looking for exploits, a couple of the crime areas, especially in some of the alleyways, the gang members will respawn almost on top of you. I did this for almost an hour once. By the time I walked to one end of the alley, all of the gang members would respawn for me to kill again. Along with a lot of exp points and street cred, you can also get a ton of blue and purple weapons doing this, which you can use to disassemble for components, or sell for money.

Imagine how Yvonne Strahovski feels after a decade of Rule 34 porn with her face in it. Keanu might get a gentle romance scene but she's been getting Krogan dick for years.
