No. That’s not how that works.

They're more then looking they're alleging. I agree that simply talking is totally fine as this doesn't make a person "in active concert". However Daybreak does not and until the Judge gives Daybreak a hard no i don't see any problem with someone being cautious. There is a reason why he went private it after this filling and not after the injunction was issued almost a full week prior.

Never claimed to be a lawyer or bondsman, nor claimed to be an expert on surety bonds, not sure what the fuck you think your point is? The bond itself had virtually fuck all to do with my post. My post was why they hadnt posted the bond not that the amount was an issue (other than poking fun at them for being a money laundering operation)

2) Get an agreement from DPG.
