These faggots being so disingenuous is truly astounding. Retards decided to profit off an EMU to a tun of 100K a month.

None of you fuckers nor Daybreak knew they were making 100k a month. Not a single person here nor Daybreaks lawsuit stated this. The highest estimate was 20k a month by some Krono seller alleged in an email that Daybreak said went to a spam folder and they didn't realize existed until after they started prepping the lawsuit. It wasn't until after the Lawsuit that we all learned about it being that high. So stop with pretending this was about the money they were making, it was about how popular they were in comparison to Daybreaks Failbreaker server.

Then they decided to advertise it so EVERYONE knew, not just people looking / knowing about EQ EMU's.

No they fucking did not. They behaved just as P99 had before them when it came to advertisement. Akkadius was involved in many EQemus and is/was a mod at EQemu, he knows how it was. The only thing THJ genuinely did differently was being more popular.

If you don't think P99 and Project Quarm are taking more in donations then operating cost you're retarded.

Tldr yeah they knew thj was making bank but not exactly how much so something something fuck em.

No they didn't according to Daybreak's own fucking lawsuit the Email went to a spam folder and they didn't look into until afterwards. They knew that they were making money, but nothing near 100k and neither did any of you fuckers in here.

What probably happened is the quarter report was down, Fangbreaker flopped and EG7 came knocking on JChan's door like where money hoe. Then Daybreak decided to scapegoat THJ.

Damn, now I wanna check the court docs for his name / usernames.

Forgot who it was, Zaide remembered. Here is the email in the court docs.

You and Sylas Sylas have a calendar system worked out so there's always a turbo tard on duty or something?
