Something about race being endemic to their character? Bruce Wayne comes from white patriarchal power in the form of money, and uses it to enact justice. Clark Kent is raised by good ol boy white farmers, to be noble, good, just, and fair, and that's something that simply doesn't exist in Black America. OK, maybe I am a bit racist.

I mean y'all need to stop and think this through. Batman is a guy who thoroughly ignores the law and brutally assaults people in the dark of night. I think casting him as white was always the wrong way to go. Black Batman makes much more sense.
