Depending with their plans for the X-Men we may not see like Cable and Domino return. I think Dopinder, Blind Al, and Vanessa should come back. It really depends on how they plan on integrating Deadpool. If he is an alternate reality one brought into the main MCU universe or they 4th wall him into being around all along.
