Bought Patience and Time, have 2 arc main weapons but have nothing else to spend my 70+ coins on. I've had 3 of the titan chest pieces also, don't really feel like buying a 4th this week but they keep adding a few disc.. annoying.

I was hoping for the Galajorn (spelling).

Anyone know if you can run from a mob and stealth using Patience and time? Perhaps everyone can stealth at harpies and they just all congregate to on area only to be rocket launched to death? What if everyone jumps down on confluxes but are all invis? Questions....

The mobs during confluxes are programmed to head to the confluxes themselves, don't think stealth would be a huge benefit there.

Well, I passed the HM atheon check point to about 5 others this week. My warlock is probably at gatekeeper though.

I have patience and time but have yet to unlock the invis on it because I rarely use it since I have ice breaker. It is arc damage which is almost enough on its own to buy it if you don't already have a good Arc sniper. I used it when the nightfall was summoning pits with arc burn and it was alot of fun. The free invis could be a neat treat in certain situations so there is some utility with having this gun.

yeah buy every exotic for your class its pretty easy to farm at least 27 coins per week and you stockpile em pretty fast. i'm up to 160 i think or so and i have pretty much every single exotic armor for every class

the warlock chestpiece is a must-have for cheese locks this week, it lets you respawn your grenades instantly and is extremely useful for atheon/gatekeepers. i'm gonna try that solo strat posted above later today, still have my second lock checkpointed at atheon. titans won't be able to do it, since they have no way to get more than 2 nades

next week is definitely interesting, call of duty: kevin spacey comes out sunday

If you have 23 motes of light burning a hole in your pocket you can buy the exotic helm engram Xur has for sale and then hope the RNG gods give you a helm for your class. That's if you aren't too hyped about the exotic chest.

3rd week in a row Xur has The Armamentarium titan chest. 3rd week in a row the discipline is higher then the previous week.

Week 1 - 117 Discipline (one I bought)
Week 2 - 131 Discipline
Week 3 - 136 Discipline

I am actually 2 for 2 in getting hunter exotics from engrams as a hunter. One helm and one chest, both ended as exotic.

Legendary and exotic drops are another story.

i tried for about 45 minutes and gave up. its just too quirky. you need to grenade him in two exact spots so he moves up the stairs, and i failed that 90% of the time. if you DO get that right, you need to be perfect with your super usage (not die) and push him back fast enough before you get teleported, the few times i had my super up and put him in the right spot i failed that and got teleported before he fell off or died to his cannons while trying to nade him.

its doable I'm sure but frankly not worth the effort for loot that is going to be irrelevant in 30 days

Can't decide if I should buy Patience and Time from Xur or save my coins and hope for something better next week (have exactly 17 coins and it's taken me since release to get that many haha). Don't have any other exotic weapons yet, so anything is an upgrade.

On a side note, today I finally got a worthwhile bounty (Pocket Infinity).

p&t is not that good and only useful for one specific situation, arc damage nightfalls. so yeah if you aren't drowning in coins i'd save em for ice breaker, gnarlyhorn, and/or must-have class armors like praxis, this weeks titan chest, etc.

sadly none of the bounty exotics are any good, they are just things to do and then you will store the weapon in your vault until they make them better.

todays daily heroic is worth doing at 28 though, its the "that wizard came from the moon!" story and takes 10 minutes to knock out. get 2 ass shard/energy and an engram and some rep for little work
