Run on MP10 too, better XP.Hit level 51 on the barb last night. Really enjoying it. It's funny, back when the game was released there weren't a whole lot of level reduced weapons, and if they existed they were extremely expensive.
When I hit 51 I just grabbed some 1100 DPS 2hander off the AH for like 50k. Walked into Hell difficulty and everything just dies in one hits, and elite packs are like 2 hits. So crazy. Really enjoying the game again so far.
This isn't wow or eq2, diablo has never released quarterly new content and had yearly expansions. You're not paying $15 a month to play it.Argh. They've released fuck all content over the last year for a massively multiplayer game..Shouldn't there be an expansion coming soon as well?
How do you change it? Didn't see the option in NM levelRun on MP10 too, better XP.
GW2 does content monthly ...This isn't wow or eq2, diablo has never released quarterly new content and had yearly expansions. You're not paying $15 a month to play it.
Gets shut down with a perfect counter-argument, pretends like it doesn't matter.Good for gw2.
you have to activate it in Options somewhere... then you can adjust it on the main screen before you start/resume wherever you left off.How do you change it? Didn't see the option in NM level
Wasn't Hellfire the Diablo 1 expansion? While D1 never had an expansion, D2 delivered one in roughly a year's time. Cant be arsed to look up the details so I might be off a bit, but certainly not the mid-2014 that is a pipedream and early 2015 that is plausible here.
This exactly. How it is a perfect counter argument? D3 never claimed to have updates like GW2. GW2 is, for the most part, a sub free MMORPG. D3 isn't and never claimed to be that.
Yeah, Monk was playable but there were secret unfinished classes too.Yes, but it was farmed out to Sierra (!!) i think. There were even secret classes in hellfire you had to dick with files to unlock.
If they really wanted to, they could do leagues/ladder ala PoE with RMAH enabled and add new uniques/gems/mats/whatever and get money through people trading for cash... However seeing as they can't do a tiny patch without fucking the whole system up maybe there's a good reason why they don'tThis exactly.
My point about bringing up the monthly subscription was, from reading various forums, I get the feeling a lot of people new to diablo came from WoW where they are constantly releasing new content because they want you to continue subscribing. I in no way meant to infer that it is the only reason why diablo doesn't release new content more often or that they couldn't if blizzard really wanted to, only that there was no reason to expect d3 would be any different than its predecessors in this regard.
