But, core of arreat. The two dungeons in the forsaken woods. If you want elites/hr and shrines, VotA was never in the running for that competition. The ratio of area:elites is just too large and resetting the game after every clear(in forsaken) allowed you to have cooldowns up for every elite.

VotA was just a nice sane mini clear. Decent elite density and you could tack Black Canyon Mines(still 2-4 there) and lower level Alcarnus(still 1-2 there) to keep you sane longer.

Apparently my monk was defective, because I've gotten multiple upgrades for my DH today.

Use Rapid Fire / Bombardment - great skill, fire damage.

I've gotten dozens of plans since the patch and all were ones I didn't have, compared to prepatch when I would consistently get the same patterns over and over.

Only time I got 2 of the same plan is when I got them back to back and hadn't gone to the smith to learn the previous one. Maybe if you have all the plans of a given rarity they start dropping doubles? But I've gotten I don't know like 40plans so far and none of them were doubles, which seems fairly odd if it's not actually smart loot.

And apparently they broke a bunch of stuff last patch somehow I read, whirlwind can path through walls from the waller affix and vault only casts if you target an area within range now and simply fails if you cast in a direction but further than you can vault. This one's gonna annoy me.

Anyone else done their diablo kill after resetting? I'm wondering if they purposely increased set drop rates as I've heard several people getting set items from her now.

I was wondering why Vault seemed clunky as shit. I thought maybe I was just spoiled by Dashing Strike, but that would explain it.

Really wish they'd do something about the helm/socket scenario - I think I'm on my 4th 'awesome upgrade I can't use unless I wanna give up massive xp bonus'

Helm xp bonus is not a multiplier, so in the grand scheme of torment XP bonuses and such it isn't that big a deal.

It's really a minor xp bonus. Torment 1 is like what, 300%xp. You get 50% atm from the buff too. So your 30ish % in your helm is a really negligible amount. It's better than nothing but if you can kill faster with a good helm, it will probably even out. It's better I guess if you're farming normal or hard since it's a bigger chunk of your total xp then, but still.

Your build is very similar to one I found shortly after the patch and has been working for me. For a generator I use evasive fire hardened since things were hurting pretty bad after the patch, but you could use anything really, I've been thinking about switching back to hungering arrow, I'll have to check grenades out myself. And I use fan of knives battle armor instead of prep, I only have 30 disc so I can't afford to use ss and prep punishment. The armor increase is substantial and fan of knives is just such a satisfying skill to use, I only wish the cooldown was slightly lower.

For passives I do like blood vengeance, makes for more cluster arrows and smokescreens in longer fights. And you may want to consider replacing archery with sharpshooter, since it got buffed people are starting to use it again, it resets to 4 so its like a permanent 4 cc increase and has good synergy with ca:lfb. Dog active + 100% crit on 2 lfb is massive.

What a crappy ass chapter. Too bad he will die in vain. We all know that Sasuke will deliver a blow that will weaken Madara and Naruto finish him off or vice versa.
