Building up power with some shitty no damage skill so then you can finally use a skill that does damage. All the classes were like this, kind of like a WOW rogue. Made combat boring and tedious.

For the most part. It depended on the build, but being resource starved all the time wasn't the norm and there was usually something you could get early on that would make it a complete non issue. Haven't played the new season or much of the previous so no idea if it changed back or not

Loot drop nerf is real. The only boss with a decent drop rate is Belial, and he's a PITA to farm mats for. Mythic drop rate on him is 2.5%, other bosses 1%. GA drops also really bad on anything not Belial. Good luck trying to assemble a non meta build and class because progression in most areas will be painfully slow.

I just bought the entire game+ expansion for about $40 on my PS5, and I laugh whenever I see shit in their store. It's just all stupid cosmetic shit that you absolutely don't need and just buying several items makes you spend more than I did for the entire gaming experience.

Did they ever actually add Diablo to DIABLO 4 yet? Full zones that are actually in Hell? (large arena with a Hell theme don't count)

Nah thats not until Diablo 5, they need to fumble a few more expansions before they abandon this one and then make a new game with everything they "learned"...

Most of the people I know that were "normies" that bought the game did so out of sheer hype. I dont know anyone that plays it anymore, including them. I still keep up with the news on it because D4 does have some kind of appeal. But I dont know if I'll ever reinstall it.
