Season is kinda disappointing, unless I'm wrong, you are required to play a Warlock or Paladin to 50, and I'd rather not play as either. Thorns Paladin feels kinda bad atm.
Only if you want the 2 emblems, which is kinda whatever and if you do it's like what, 1h30 of speed leveling with twink gear? Don't think it's too much of a big deal tbh.

Been taking it slow and only like lvl 37. Campaign so far is much better than VoH, but that's not hard to beat I guess. Just met an "old friend" from D3 so its starting to get interesting.

Not feeling warlock though. Will complete the campaign with it, but not sure I will continue leveling Warlock. Pally felt cooler but kind of want my Skeltons on Necromancer.

Paladin was fun, but I did that last season, so not sure if it got the nerf bat yet. The auradin was ultimate lazy for me. Turn on 3 Auras, then run around with max speed and occasionally hit a buff or defensive.
Auradin is basically dead for now based on looking around.

Don't you need to complete all the Rank objectives to unlock the dungeon to move to the next Rank?

Is there any alternative to Thorns Paladin right now besides the Hammerdin?

With Auradin gone, hoping not to be hardlocked into Thorns build if I don't want to play Hammerdin end-game.

You start Thorns paladin at level 36, so it'd be incredibly paint dry boring to run that all the way to the top of season.

What is the point of Season 13? There doesn't seem to be anything unique to it that can't be done on Eternal, right?

No, you just need to do the thing on the right side, doesn't matter what else you do. Main reason to do the left side stuff is for their specific rewards, some of which aren't actually important, but stuff like skill/paragon points and the ashes stuff to get your passive season bonuses up are worth it, rest is up to you.

The dungeons for progressing season won't show up unless you're in the correct difficulty for them though, but I unlocked level 3 well before I did most of the left side stuff especially since a bunch is Lord of Hatred gated(war plans and shit).

Just the cosmetics rewards. The season has basically no mechanic because it's a new expansion and there's already a ton of new stuff to do, you do get some seasonal bonuses like getting more rewards for a few things and a few cosmetics things but otherwise same thing.

I just threw hammer that richocets with divine javeline as secondary. Carried me well into 69. But will have to think about a build soon. The 1h aspect that increase atk speed by X% or 45% in my case just wrecks everything

I didn’t even read. What happened to auradin?
Probably nothing in the long run, but the new skill tree took away all the passive nodes and put those perks elsewhere or removed them, so none who makes builds has had the time to figure out how to make it all work with the new tree. Trying to get my Season hydra sorc build going without a library of aspects to start off with is painful.

That's a shame. That build spoiled me rotten. As I dont play or care enough to grind paragon/GRs/pits or w/e is current thing to do of ultra endgame, builds that just can speed around and do most content with zero issues are perfect, more so when it was so laid back.

Nice. I had a horrid time clearing content as a rogue playing heatseaker, so the auradin spoiled me.

Anyone not aware, you can target Uniques with the Cube by upgrading the same type normal (white) item.

If your class only has 1 or 2 uniques for that item slot (like 1h sword, dagger, 2h mace, etc.) it's fairly easy to get it early. You can also downgrade any item by removing affixes, so a rare (blue) with 1 affix will turn normal (white). Last night I did it with the Warlock build defining sword (1st try) for Tyrant's Grasp build, then collected enough white rings to do it for the same build's ring (5th or 6th try).

While I haven't tried it yet, you can probably remove affixes from an ancestral (ilev900) to make it normal (white) then maybe turn it into a level 900 unique.

Ancestrals also drop as whites or blues, should add them to filter with highlight and yeah you can remove the affixes then make it into an ancestral unique.

If you played PoE, a lot of the horadrim stuff is basic PoE crafting, it's quite well made and is kinda necessary to gear up after the changes to loot drops. The char I played before LoH released was in full legendary just from random drops at like lvl 35 in the story, but now you drop a lot less stuff directly so you want to use the cube to craft all the stuff you don't get directly, works very well in combination with the loot filter.
