The Horadric Cube will have the following updates in the Season 14 PTR:
  • Unique items can now use Focused Reroll and Chaotic Reroll.
  • Unique Charms and Non-Ancestral Uniques will be able to use Unique Power Reroll.
  • Chromatic Tuning Prisms will have a small chance to provide All Resist.
Lots more in there but thats the big part for me lol

Are you running out of lost souls? I did at one point but started farming normal boss lairs with the out of the cold node bug. Just pop a nightmare dungeon sigil first, port there, don't run it, and then port to a lair, and the boss will drop more regular uniques from the ice boss too. I just breakdown everything then and you get quite a bit after some time.

I also didn't know the potion guy can convert other mats to souls, and now it's not been too much of an issue now.
Bah. I forgot that guy does that.

Obols are now capped at 25,000.

No changes to making War Plans advancement account wide sadly.

They said you get more xp at higher torments(7+) so might actually be "good enough" if it's significant enough. You can easily jump to high torment on an alt, and if you can progress several times faster the early levels will go really quickly. Still sucks if you need 6-7points for a strategy, but at least you'll be able to get basic stuff done faster. Obviously that hinges on the amount it's increased, if it's like 10% per torment it probably won't be good enough.

Don't like that the unique reroll cube is only for non-ancestral uniques since that basically means it doesn't exist endgame other than for charms, although it's great for charms since for some reason they decided that when you convert a unique into a charm it just rolls a random value instead of just using the value you had.

The "new" mythics also look entirely fucking pointless. Like oh wow I can get 5% more damage per item if I get ultra lucky, amazing, so impactful. I'd rather they work on adding more actual mythics, these are at least interesting. Also hope they have some actual balance changes too not just this shit. A lot of classes and builds are just dogshit after the full rework of the expansion, and they're going to need to nerf Barb shit some since Barbs are entirely fucking stupid currently.

I dunno, watching videos of some of the youtubers/streamers playing other builds, they are equally or more stupid than anything barb. Well maybe just ball lightning, looks like a bunch of the others are playing lower tier content and claiming "zomg the strongest fastest build in the history of ever" clickbait shit.

Oh wait right I'm retarded forgot you could reroll unique power. So I guess it's mostly for charms, that's good then.

Man I hate how they split the notes between base game and expansion, shit's so confusing instead of having everything in one spot(they could put a colored dot near expansion only stuff or whatever).

Lots of mythic nerfs. Which I think is good, Heir of Perdition being BiS on almost every build was kinda dumb as fuck, especially if your build really wanted a unique helm effect. Don't see a bunch of bug fixes on Necro(the only class I've followed a bit for bugs) so not sure if they just missed them, the notes aren't full or they stealth fixed them since.
