youre gonna download the disneypark app anyway, i think it's only way to order tickets and also to use fastpass/lighting.

i mean at 7years old, is she a marvel girl? does she like seeing spiderman running around, does she watch the disney pixar? movies?
if it is yes, then do both parks
it vastly depends on her exposure to all things disney.
like when i took my goddaughters to disneyland, the first thing we went to was the castle (to have a picture w/ the princesses)
they didn't give a fuck, couldn't give a fuck, they did however have a great time in star wars land, they only saw the 3 movies but it's not like they even know what a pinocchino is

They have day by day pricing, busy days/weeks are more expensive than others. Avoid busy days like nationwide holidays like the plague, you'll spend an hour standing in line just to get past security.

Going during the weekdays is less crowded than the weekend. During the year there are certain months and times that make the parks a breeze. If possible avoid weekends, summer, most holidays when kids are out of school. I personally take the kids out of school for 2-3 days in the middle of the week Tues-Thu off season. If you go right at opening rope drop you can have half the park knocked out before you ever hit any lines for rides.
