No D+ is interesting - lack of Disney money will see a return to the bootleg BBC special effects

So "The war between the Land and the Sea" looks like a Dr Who spinoff? At first glance, I don't see anyone playing the Dr.

Hell, I'll probably give it a chance. I've liked all the other Dr Who spinoffs I've seen so far. torchwood, Sarah Jane Chronicles, and Class.

Davies had sort of a Taika Waititi problem: If there is someone there to reign him in, then you can get a somewhat decent product. But if you just let them do what the fuck ever, you end up getting a mess that people don't like.

Although Campbell has mostly retired from acting and almost completely from the con circuit as he's dealing with some medical issues IIRC.

I think they'll probably sit on it for a bit. They'll probably want something more budget friendly, although I'm not confident the BBC will be able to fully understand why people didn't like the past few seasons of the show lol

Dr Who’s the Daddy
Dr Boss Lady

The minute they sold out the show for representation it was a walking corpse waiting to realize it was dead

That fag has probably been waiting his whole life to ruin that show. All the normal kids probably loved it when he was in school with the cool doctor and the hot companions. And as soon as his fat gay ass could he ruined it.

It was an impossible formula to screw up unless intentionally.

We rewrote Davros because having a villain in a wheelchair is ableism!

Ironically, that whole thing is really fucking retarded.
Can't be the bad guy if you're cripple, retarded, black, female, etc. Might as well make the next James Bond be a paraplegic black lesbian who gets all the ladies due to her lack of toxic masculinity and suave demeanor.

It's extra retarded because Davros accomplished an incredible amount despite his injuries. One of the keenest scientific minds to have ever existed in Dr Who continuity and only the Master can be considered to surpass him as the main villain of the series.

Did anyone even think of Davros as being in a wheelchair besides the smooth brains at BBC? He scoots around in a machine that looks like the lower half of a Dalek. It's clear starting from the old episodes that Davros was trying to create a master race in his own image (so to speak). I imagine most kids just looked at him as being half Dalek, not being some old wrinkled dude in a wheelchair

It's a virtue signal for a non-existent outrage that just damages the brand

I thought he was a dude who got fucked up and had to use machine parts to survive and now is a cyborg.
I haven't seen the show since the 80's, very early eighties, but that's how I remember him from my childhood.
You aren't "disabled" if you are both evil and smart enough to give the Doctor pause.
