I feel you on that zaphid. Usually once every 3 months or so I just get fed up with the game and have to put it down for a bit. I'm never truly out though, because eventually I'll get strong urge to play and go OCD playing again.

If your not having fun you absolutely should take a break. I had to not to long ago bc I was getting to frustrated constantly, or maybe try a new hero in unranked? That way your not as worried about rating and more about learning the hero

Everyone has those shitty game streaks when the matchmaker just lets you down. Its just disheartening in streaks like that. Losing is not a problem, losing games in <5 minutes is the worst.

i don't mind losing either, but even in ranked it seems like there are too many people who don't know wtf they're doing.

I very much mind losing to a team that is dogshit horrible -- that even Cyni and I paired could destroy (or Cloud on LC) -- simply because my team doesn't have a clue.

Now that I'm trapped in the shit tier it happens more often than not that I can predict what the other team is going to do, tell my team, give them vision, and watch them do it as they catch my team unawares.

"Hey Furion, you're about to get vendetta in the ass and aa no scoped. Let me ping where their ward watching you is and where nyx is walking invis waiting for aa ult to refresh." *20 seconds later* [AA Player] has killed [Dipshit].

Dota is full of people who don't know what they are doing that's the name of the game - most notably you the player. Just download and FP spectate some of your games, and watch your own camera control/last hitting. It can be eye opening just how poor some of your mechanics and awareness can be - I know it is for me. Not only that - people don't pick their best heroes, which is no different than most pros. There are a bunch of heroes that when I play them I definitely play them at some ratio lower than my mmr would suggest.
